近日，由GENMA自主研制的移動港口起重機(jī)（MHC）在印尼順利完成現(xiàn)場調(diào)試與操作培訓(xùn)，正式交付客戶。該設(shè)備此前從GENMA在中國太倉的制造基地啟運(yùn)，歷經(jīng)海上運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場安裝及為期一個月的系統(tǒng)性測試與人員培訓(xùn)，目前已具備投用條件。

該設(shè)備為GENMA首款非岸電軌道式MHC，針對港口靈活作業(yè)需求而設(shè)計，采用柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組作為獨(dú)立動力源，突破了對固定岸電設(shè)施的依賴，使設(shè)備在供電條件有限或需靈活部署的作業(yè)場景中具有顯著優(yōu)勢。設(shè)備集成變頻驅(qū)動與液壓驅(qū)動的復(fù)合傳動系統(tǒng)，保障了運(yùn)行的高效與平穩(wěn)。

在智能化應(yīng)用方面，該機(jī)配備了抓斗智能深挖系統(tǒng)與吊具自動調(diào)心功能，有效提升了散貨與集裝箱裝卸的作業(yè)精度與效率，為客戶提供了更智能、可靠的碼頭物料處理解決方案。

本次設(shè)備的接收方——印尼Jhonlin集團(tuán)是當(dāng)?shù)卮笮途C合性企業(yè)之一，業(yè)務(wù)涵蓋煤炭開采、物流運(yùn)輸、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等多個領(lǐng)域，在印尼能源與物流行業(yè)中具有重要影響力。此次引進(jìn)GENMA MHC，展現(xiàn)了該集團(tuán)對碼頭作業(yè)能力升級的前瞻布局，也將為其未來港口運(yùn)營提供有力支持。GENMA期待與Jhonlin集團(tuán)保持長期合作，共同推進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)匚锪骰A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。

Recently, GENMA’s self-developed rail-mounted mobile harbor crane (MHC) has been successfully commissioned and handed over to the customer in Indonesia after completing on-site testing and operator training. The crane was previously shipped from GENMA’s manufacturing base in Taicang, China, and has undergone sea transport, installation, and a one-month systematic testing and training period, and is now ready for operation.

This equipment is GENMA's first non-shore-power MHC, designed to meet the flexible handling needs of ports. It is powered by a diesel generator set, eliminating dependence on fixed shore power infrastructure. This offers significant advantages in operational scenarios with limited power supply or where flexible deployment is required. The crane integrates a hybrid drive system combining variable frequency drives with hydraulic drives, ensuring efficient and stable operation.

In terms of smart features, the crane is equipped with an intelligent deep digging system for grab operations and a spreader auto-centering function, enhancing both the precision and efficiency of bulk and container handling. It provides customers with a smarter, more reliable cargo handling solution.

The recipient of this MHC — the Indonesian Jhonlin Group — is a large local conglomerate with businesses covering coal mining, logistics, infrastructure construction, and more. It holds an important position in Indonesia's energy and logistics sectors. The introduction of this GENMA MHC reflects the Group’s forward-looking strategy to upgrade its port handling capabilities and will provide strong support for its future port operations.
