近日，正值辭舊迎新之際，子公司潤邦海洋為中鐵建港航局大連市花園口I海上風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目建造的多套單樁及套籠順利發(fā)運(yùn)，以精準(zhǔn)交付踐行履約承諾，為項(xiàng)目后續(xù)施工推進(jìn)注入強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。

此次發(fā)運(yùn)的單樁及套籠，是大連花園口海上風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目的核心基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)件，潤邦海洋依托多年深耕海上風(fēng)電裝備領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)積淀與生產(chǎn)實(shí)力，嚴(yán)格按照項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)規(guī)范，對產(chǎn)品原材料采購、生產(chǎn)加工、焊接檢測、防腐處理等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行全流程管控，精準(zhǔn)把控每一項(xiàng)技術(shù)參數(shù)，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合項(xiàng)目要求。發(fā)運(yùn)過程中，潤邦海洋提前統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃，優(yōu)化裝船方案，合理調(diào)配人力物力，高效完成了產(chǎn)品的吊裝、固定等裝船準(zhǔn)備，確保發(fā)運(yùn)安全、有序。

At the time of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, ROC successfully delivered multiple sets of monopiles and cages for the Dalian Huayuankou I Offshore Wind Power Project of China Railway Construction Port and Channel Engineering Bureau. By delivering with precision, ROC fulfilled its commitment, injecting strong momentum into the subsequent construction progress of the project.

The shipped monopiles and cages are the core foundational components of the Dalian Huayuankou Offshore Wind Power Project. Leveraging years of technical expertise and production capabilities in the offshore wind power equipment sector, ROC implemented full-process control over every stage, including raw material procurement, production processing, welding inspection, and anti-corrosion treatment. Each technical parameter was meticulously managed to ensure product quality met project requirements. During the delivery process, ROC planned ahead, optimized the loading scheme, and rationally allocated manpower and resources, efficiently completing tasks such as product hoisting and securing for delivery, ensuring a safe and orderly delivery.
